Shep is on Letterman
really????
Thanks...first he is a guest on O'Reilly, now Letterman.
gosh, going loopy really does work in show-biz!!!
I don't know if you watched O'Reilly tonight...but Shep was a guest, talking about his adventures in NO...
Towards the end of the interview, Shep admitted that when he originally went down there to cover the hurricane, he truly thought that it would be like 12 hours of wind and rain, and then it would be over.
Which jibes with his attitude all day on Tuesday, when he said that NO lucked out again....until the flooding started that is.
This Letterman interview is remarkable ---in a bad way, not good.
Shep is going on and on, like he did in NO...talking about how no one was in charge...nothing was getting done..blah, blah..
Letterman's response: "That's regrettable."
Yeppers, a NORTHEAST social snob's comment after a tale of woe is me, and dying is "That's regrettable."
That tell's it all about the disconnect, doesn't it?
