Do you mean to tell me that there were poor people and homeless people in NO BEFORE the hurricane???
Well I'll be...to hear JJ talk, this hurricane just ruined ALL of the residents of NO wonderful lives!!!
Well, apparently them being so poor is what got them in this mess,,,,according to dems, LA officials etc
And according to Al Sharptongue, they were all taxpayers.
