err...New Orleans had 400 officers for the entire city! When you figure they are working 12 on 12 off. Sounds like NO was working 18 on, six off to me.

Amazing that the whole city of NO had 400 officers and that's what's working in the Astro Dome. If the Gov had chosen to call in the NG sooner and post them around NO, the NOPD would have had some much needed back-up No?
