New Orleans always stinks to a degree, especially in the French Quarter. It's part and parcel of the place.

I've been to some Saints games, was in the club rooms, went to see Jimmy Buffett (before I knew he was a democrat), and enjoyed the entire scene.

It's just New Orleans, plain and simple.

It used to smell even more interesting when the Jackson Brewery was still making beer...especially when you walked down Toulouse street.
