The gas station closest to my house was selling gas by appointment only today. I called at 10:00 and made an appointment for 2:30. They called at 1:45 and asked if I could postpone until 4:30. I arrived at 4:25, and didn't have to wait in line more than 1 minute. Just pulled into a vacant pump, went inside and paid my $40 cash (the limit), then pumped the gas ($2.59.9 per gallon) and came back home. I'm going to carpool to work with someone else this week, so I know I've got enough gas now to go to work every day for the next 3 weeks, plus a trip or two to the grocery.
I'm still trying to locate a lot of missing persons, but no success, yet.
$2.59 is very cheap.
Keep up the good fight!
Way to go!!!!! You are doing great----and I love that you are posting these updates to us.
Make an appointment to get gas, huh? Genius...that is a good idea.
I am so glad that things are going better for you...and will pray that you find some of the missing people alive and well, real soon..
Please keep us up to date on your "adventures"...ok?
How are things further north? We have a sales rep that lives about 200 miles from the coast. Keep safe and good luck.
