Thsi aid, a young woman, was in a crouched position in front of Blank o after she had just finished an interview with a national outlet and waiting for the next. I'm glad someone else saw the feed of Governor Blanco doing a series of national interviews from what I believe was a studio in Baton Rouge. It was supposed to be WWL TV on line news live stream, but this session was obviously mistakenly put out over the internet for a period of time that morning. Like you, I could not believe it when I heard the whispered comments to her aids. I have had my computer recorder running a lot of the time over the last week just recording WWL and scanner audio. I had a lot going on that morning, had a computer glitch, and I was not able to find those comments recorded when I looked for them that day, but I'm going to go back through my files and look again. If I find them, I'll post a transcript of the relevant parts. Surely there are recordings of this out there.

IMHO that's 1 of the reasons they refused to sign Pres Bush's letter late last Fri and she *hired* Witt on Sat - the Klintoons and DNC need to get a better voice out there - Blanco can't do pressers or interviews. Can't help wondering if the Lt Gov Landrieu (Sen Mary's bro) has been running the state with maching orders from elsewhere and Blanco has just been a front.
