Hume and Barnes talk about 500 buses while "the picture" spends a good ten seconds on the screen.

I see that the prediction was in a strong storm they we would have to evacuate 441,400 over and above the people who got out on their own??? or did I read that wrong? and require 145,510 vehicles. They knew they have problems with the bridges causes traffic jams getting out of the city (that isn't a suprise to me since I come from the Los Angeles basin and know about traffic jams)...
Bottom line people in nursing homes were at the mercy of the storm and the mercy of their caretakers and their caretakers must have evacuated and left those 80 people behind.
Bottom line they had an assessment and no plan.
