Most of the downtown area was dry. Even if the buses had returned to where they sit now, they sit in 4 feet of water max, with the seats 6 feet above. Better ro be in a wet bus than be dead, like so many are. Your response is an excuse.

First of all I don't many people would have gotten on the buses. I would rather be on the roof of my home with my family than stuck on the lower roof of bus with 70 other people.
