I hope that's all it is. I live in WA and Fraudoire, the Gov, said we're taking in 2000. We'll see what they say about coming to WA, if they say the same thing, then I'll believe it. Hopefully, that's all it is - we'll see.
I think so. My guess is that this has happened several times in several places and we've only heard about Utah.
While I've thought the last week was perfect weather - with highs in the upper 60's to low 70's, I suspect the weather will take a bit of adjusting for those used to southern weather.
