I thought so too. We are getting loads of them here in WV. I'm not sure why they wouldchoose WV over Utah? We aren't exactly a known for haing many black communities either, but we'll love 'em and help 'em any way we can. I'll be the Utah people will too.
my first reaction is to think it's just because it's so far away from everything/and everyone they know. Much harder to get back home or to see family. I would guess many of these people have never been very far from home.
