Says he there are not enough people out searching
Says there were only say 3 boats while out yesterday
Thank you Miss Behave. That was my first time giving birth and the craziest, lol. I was tripping because I thought I was over due. To my surprise the hospital keep me and induce labor on my third trip to the emergency room.
Thanks but acid reflux is enough..I don't want a full blown ulcer.
Our local news just said that power is back on at the Dome and the Convention Center. They have a reporter in NO.
Actually he wasn't as bad as I thought he would be.
Wimp. (ducking)
They guy Greta is interviewing said they need prophylactics.
I had to look it up to see that it didn't just mean rubbers.
:-o
A Level 5 hurricane has been approaching 4-5 days, the NHC is constantly warning. Now the rest home his mother is in does not need to be evacuated early? And none of the nursing homes were evacuated. And none of the ventilator patients at the hospitals were evacuated. This is ludicrous folks. TX has the gulf coast too and you can be assured with 4-5 days warning, the helpless will be evacuated. The Mayors, Gov Perry, and ordinary citizens will see to it. Something smells in NO and it isn't just the shrimp.
Ted Koppel just said the Superdome is going to be demolished....more on Nightline tonight.
What a stinker he was. ;-)
I think he's suggestion that people just donate to those organizations that know how to do this kind of stuff was good.
But why is he there?
Did ya hear the part about only 3 boats were out yesterday while he was searching for people
Yeah, treading water.
Where are the Saints going? LA?
Between laughing at the picture of his sinking boat, and hearing the theme from Team America World Police in my head, I can't hear Sean.
I'd tear it down before I'd clean it...
Penn is an idiot. He's fussing about not seeing NG going from house to house. Well, Sean, you idgit, the houses are under water to the roof. Ya want scuba divers to go in? What a doofus.
Earth to Sean: They've been trying to get the ones they can SEE.
Yes I did, Txsleuth. I am greatly relieved they are taking care of the children, providing them fun-time, and separating them from the adults for periods of the day.
As horrible a disaster as this is, I have a feeling that this might be the best thing that could have ever happened to the children. I hope I'm not too naive, but I think it might be much better for the survivors, too. They all have a chance at a new life which has to be better than what they had in NOLA.
:)
