Just announced on Fox that the Army Corp of Engineers stated that 5 of their contractors were killed by police on the bridge.
CBS just reporting the same thing.
The NOPD has been clearly over their heads from day one. 2/3's deserted and the ones that are left are probably stressed beyond belief. They can't handle the situation.
The entire region needs to be federalized with DoD in control.
