What ? the 500 school buses that was at their ( local, not federal ) disposal to use ?
but, didn't even bother to start the engines to even make a attempt to evacuate those POOOOOOOOOOOOOOOR people out of New Orleans.
They HAVE NO EXCUSE, their cries of " WE ARE POOR, and WE HAD NO WAY OUT OF THE CITY " just rings empty when you see those 500 flooded out school buses sitting in that parking lot.
Nagin and Blanco ( BIMBO ) did have a way to get those people out.
