Maybe he does not know the law (russert) and that is why he is not a Practicing lawyer. He probably is a really lousy lawyer and chose Journalism because you don't have to be really smart or studious to go that route. We have all been trying to tell Rush what a partisan hack schmuck that Russert is, and above that he is a a girly man. He let Hillary lock his privates away in the lockbox until their interview was over, it was so disgusting, i have not watched since.
This is an over generalization, I'm sure, but I noticed while I was a college student (many years ago) that the least able students gravitated to majors in Education..(usually primary ed), psychology, and journalism. I may be wrong about today's students in those fields, but I don't think so from what I have personally observed.
