Are you kidding? The Black Caucus and Ms Nancy P. would of had a Bill of Impeachment on the floor the next day. "How dare the racist sexist cowboy Bush illegally run roughshod over the legal responsibilities of a Black Democrat Mayor and a White Female Governor! Bush has broke the law!
