It is my understanding that these buses are not damaged and only need keys to start and run as normal. The water is only up to the axles. Not particularly damaging.

Makes it even sicker that Whorealdo and Shep didn't lead these people to the "keys". I have printed out the pictures of the lots of buses for my daughter to take to her school as show - n - tell about the origin of the slow response.
