This has to be a national effort. Every major city in this country needs to take in some of the people who need shelter.

Agreed! It should be nationwide. These folks are not going to be able to return to NO for a long time, and many, by that time, may elect not to.

Unfortunetly, you are probably correct. That is why I am heading out to stock up on ammunition today. I'm sure OKC will have 10,000 or so at least within the next few days.
