No doubt about it now. What they miserably called a "plan" fell apart as the storm came ashore. These typical pathetic liberals should be held accountable by the fools that voted them into office.

Actually, I think their plan had two parts:

1. Hope the hurricane doesn't hit them
2. Blame Bush if it does

Beyond that, I think there's a lack of quantitative appreciation of disasters. Basically, they figure that if a storm is going to hit, they're doomed, and have no appreciation for the difference between a disaster that claims 100 lives and one that claims 100,000. Instead, they simply see it as being "doomed either way".

John Kerry kept telling us that HE had a plan too. However, he couldn't tell us BEFORE he was elected to the Presidency. Remember that ianity? He STILL hasn't revealed his "plan"........illusion all along like NO's, which cost S500,000.
