It is starting to become a little more clear. I think. Blanco had the power and duty to maintain order and deliver water with the LNG she commanded. And yet, the MSM is blaming federal authorities in general and the President in particular.

When did the levee break and it become impossible to get vehicles in there? Could the vehicles have delivered supplies on Tuesday?

I was on another thread ( after I'd heard first hand news from La.) We need a time line (paralell time lines>)

• Katrina hit NO Sunday night/Monday morning
• People celebrated a near miss
• Levees broke, Monday night/Tuesday morning.
• Bush had already called disaster; rounded up NG from neighboring states; ordered Navy to sail from Norfolk. W overflew area en route DC; FEMA ordered to respond (not just to New Orleans but the entire Gulf Coast)
• Consider evaluation, logistics and movement..massive effort.
• Blanco committed LaNg Thursday night
• Other states NG, US Navy and Coast Guard arrive Friday morning.

  This is local and state negligence wall to wall....
