Steve Haragin that preceded Shep was emphatic and riveting...He couldn't contain his rage, but stuck exactly to the facts....
Consummate professional....
So has been Shepard. That 1-2 combo with both Steve and Shep was some of the most poignant and powerful reporting I have seen...
And they didn't inject one scrap of bias or politics...
Great stuff

Yeah, Harrigan and Smith did alright today. But Rivera was driving me nuts.
He kept calling that old woman "Sweetie." He was posing that policeman, and way too hysterical.

Harrigan, yeah...but Smith???
He's been a disgrace to any "journalism professional" (as if there's such a thing anymore)...broken rule after rule.
He's injected himself into the story - big no-no.
He's tried to make himself the story - flunkout no-no.

And they didn't inject one scrap of bias or politics... Oh, give it a rest. I'm tires of hearing about the Reverend Shep.
That petulant little twerp thinks whereever he is is the most important spot on earth. Without a clue about all the other dire need people are in he decided that those people on the freeway over pass that he DROVE TO 4 DAYS IN A ROW are the most threatened of all. If he DROVE in, they could walk out.

Shepherd Smith is over the top and needs to take a rest. If he wants to be in government, he should run for office and take a stab at it. This is the first time I have ever been embarrassed watching Fox News.
Geraldo should be sh ...well, he should just shut up.

Agree that Shepard Smith has been anything but a "consummate professional". Self-righteous is more like it. Placing unrealistic expectations on the tireless rescuers. Making a bad situation worst. Greta Van Susteren is the first I have heard to show the better side of people in this effort. That is what is going to help.

Was Geraldo as upset as he seemed or was he acting? It seemed real, he's very emotional often in his reporting. O'Reilly promised him buses, they didn't come.

You didn't see the piece where Shep was imploring a lone single policeman to help THESE people. Shep was disgusting!

I agree. Compare them to Jerry Rivers and there you see a REAL contrast.
