Hurricane relief efforts went well in Florida last year, and I don't hear complaints out of Alabama and Mississippi. What is different about New Orleans? That should be the story. Won't be, but it should be.

Won't be, but it should be. Right, I am going to remember all those disasters. And when some leftist pillow muncher tries and bring up New Orleans I am going to mention them.

"What is different about New Orleans? That should be the story."This article answers that question. I don't know if it's been posted on FR yet, but the author has a pretty good handle on why New Orleans is so different.
