I'm afraid we're going to see a lot of caring, generous people fall victim to "imported" riffraff.
Akin to Castro and his "Marielitos" episode...
You know all these folks that lived in the ghettos in NO are probably going to fall into that same lifestyle here. If they can't change the victim mindset, nothing will change and Texas has to deal with a suddenly expanded population of gangsters. Here they have a chance to start over and they're already standing around with their hands out , blaming and cursing the very people trying to rescue them!
