"Mayor" Nagin waited 3 days after the NWS warned that Category 4 Katrina was headed right for New Orleans, to order an evacuation. The blood of the dead is on his hands.

And 1,500 buses still stand idle. Just think of how many thousands could have been saved if the incompetant Nagin had simply put these buses into use to evacuate his own people.
