I haven't found the story yet , but it was during a interview of a official in NO on CNN . There was a gang of looters in a shoot out with the cops and 2 got killed. They are going house to house looking for jewelry etc.....

Yeah, I saw on WWL a picture of some people breaking to a million dollar home to steal whatever they could carry. I even saw a picture of someone with a bag full of jewelry. That is not food and water.
