How did the lose thier baby?

Born in NO abt 8 days ago, with a few problems. Left in NO hosp......was evac'd after storm to Houston.

Parents finally get to Houston.....no baby. No one knew where he had next been transfered to.......finally showed up in Fort Worth tonight.
