Not all of NO is below sea level and not all of it flooded. But when the next big quake hits San Francisco or LA, are we going to tell them not to rebuild because their area is an earthquake danger?

Rebuilding Los Angeles after an earthquake I will buy.

Rebuilding New Orleans as a good part of it is below sea level? No way. Hastert is correct--I don't want my tax dollars rebuilding New Orleans.

That depends on if it fall into the ocean, if so I would say yes I would say do not rebuild!!
