I take it many haven't read The Stand.

One of the few books King wrote that I got all the way through.

The Stand is a great novel. And I did get all the way through that book as well, as opposed to some of his later ones.

Again, reading those type of post-war/post disaster books would have been good brain food for many of today's planners, as I wrote earlier.

The ONLy good book he wrote. A GREAT book. The ultimate "good over evil" story.
