Damned straight. Why they weren't at the Super Dome on Sunday, taking people north, or to trains that would take them north, is evidence of incompetence. It's still amazing to me that NO had nothing in place for this. It was an obvious scenario, and much of the current trouble stems from an obvious lack of any process to deal with it.
