At least Nagin is blaming the Governor and not W. The New Orleans residents are blaming Nagin.
Fox just was interviewing a citizen of N.O.....he's very angry with the city officials of N.O....and the very end, he mentioned FEMA...but most of his criticism was leveled with N.O. City Officials...and rightly so.
Nagin was pro Jindal, I'm sure there is no love lost b/t Blanco and Nagin.
Well, some are blaming Bush as well.
I don't think many, but I heard soundbites from people in NO and in Mississippi blaming the president for the slow response.
