From the sound of the traffic, it seems that LSP, EOC, National Guard, NOPD are doing their own thing.
That's the problem. They need an IC to coordinate them, back them up, make sure they are all supplied.
It's not happening. If it doesn't happen today, Lord help us.

I read somewhere that comm equipment was being donated - something like 3000 units. Anyone have anything on that?
