AP says police boats are at the scene of explosions on the riverfront...a few miles south of the French Quarter.
They're saying it may have happened because of chemicals.
Can't be on Chartres then. It doesn't run south of the Quarter, it goes to the north.
Maybe down on Tchopitoulas?
