I did not post that very well. The data that I cut and pasted was in a table form with a column of numbers for NO and another column for LA. I erased all of the LA numbers except for the gross population. Sorry, it sure looks like I said NO,LA was the 10x number.
That makes sense. I thought it was a typo with an extra digit sneaking in, but the commas suggested otherwise.
