I have some sleeping pills. Before the hurricane, I knew it was going to be a stressful month for me (my brother died last year, and my special needs daughter started a new school). Anyway, I told my doctor that I knew I wouldn't be sleeping this month and asked for sleeping pills.
Well, those pills are not working, now.
valerian and melatonin -- 20 minutes and you'll sleep like a baby.
