What I mean is that there is ABSOLUTELY no sense of COMMUNITY, no one in New Orleans is even ATTEMPTING to lead..

Sure, there are a few anecdotal cases, but where are the ministers? Where are the "Community Leaders" that are all too anxious to jump in front of a TV camera when times are good?

Heck from what I can see the only people that ARE DOING any leading are the evacuee's.

The comments from the joe blow in the crowd seem 10 times more reasonable than their elected leadership.
