they deliberately did it to make it sound harsh..
even I thought "Gee W, don't tell folks their suffering is a nothing more than a "temperorary disruption."
Then I remembered the words were from the part in his speech when he was trying to calm people about gas supplies and prices and they had edited that out
juxtaposed with the video, and edited without the preceeding context made it look like Bush was mocking the dehydrated kids...
I saw that too.......what a rip on a good man. these tv people are provoking MORE violence by justifying misplaced anger.
