State EOC just asked Pelican base if food or water had been delivered to the Convention Center today. Pelican Base (don't know who this is) states they don't know and need to confirm.

Thanks for making my point without meaning to. At this point, effective communication and supply delivery should have been well-established. It is just incredible to me to read things like this.

The police could not communicate with the firefighters on 911 IIRC..I believe one problem is not having compatible equipment..
