Schumer has noted the phones in his office have been ringing off the hook...he wants everyone to know the questions about who is responsible for this situation will not go unanswered.. prayers to all those in the areas...we will look into who is responsible, but for now, we must focus and pledge our action and assistance on those who need our help.
