I think Scarborough just did... said he lived through the Florida hurricanes and they were handled with ruthless efficiency.
Florida is used to hurricanes; NO hasn't had one for decades.
Well..he's right..and wrong. I lived through all those hurricanes too- and can say it was about this many days before FEMA..etc showed up en masse.
I clearly remember the rumblings on the radio..people calling the station..we're stranded here- no food, water etc. It was an eye-opener for me.
I realized how conditioned I'd become to expect "them" to DO something.
