They were just showing on our local news here in
San Diego, besides sending dozens of rescue and
a 30 person special medical team that worked NYC
at 9/11 the other day to La. We are now sending
several Navy choppers and crews from North Island
Naval Air Station here where the Prez just spoke
the other day.
These are some of the same who worked the Tsunami
before going to Iraq. They are off again.
Over at the NJ-locale board someone posted a notice from the NJ National Guard, several locations around the state are accepting cases of bottled water only from anyone who wants to donate. That's their priority, getting potable water to as many people as they can.
