I didn't see Shep's report. Have they shown it more than once? With a body?

I only saw it once, but yes it was a dead guy on an overpass. Someone had put a blanket over him but you could see the top of his head. It was from several yards but I had the feeling at the time that "someone" had maybe pulled the blanket back so we could TELL it was a dead guy. But what do I know!
Yep. As sick as it is, I hope you get a chance to see it. Shameless! Shemp blocks the body from view until the end of the report--knowing that it's there the whole time--then he dramitically steps out of the camera's way and the drama begins. Shemp bites his lip, his voice cracks, the poor guy is just choked up ... It's so rehearsed that it's almost funny!
