1. Chavez gave over 1 million in aid to Al Qeda on Sept 12th, 2001. He has since praised attacks on the US, specifically paid hired thugs to celebrate the September 11th attacks and Bin Laden, given aid to terrorists, given asylum, training, and has hidden known terrorists and their organizations, and has continually threatened the US and his neighbors.

2. Socialism/Communism is slavery, pure and simple. It is inhumane, evil, and is a derangement that needs to be eliminated from the face of the earth. Every socialist is a frustrated slaver - one who fantasizes about owning and controlling people.

3. Chavez has beaten, killed, and imprisoned anyone who opposes him, has mobs paid to beat opposition political gatherings, and has suspended most civil liberties in Venezuela.

In short, he's a Stalinist who should be gutted and hung by the neck like the criminal he is.

If Socialism is slavery (I agree with Communism) then most of the world is under slavery. Including most of NATO. And we still pretend to be chummy with them. We even pretend to by chummy with outright dictatorships like the kingdoms in the Middle East. Chavez is a small fish compared to them. He isn't using his oil funds to build giant palaces to himself or import sex slaves. I know he isn't the kind Daddy Warbucks the lefties portray, but he isn't Arafat either.
