I think Shep Smith and FOX are one of the only people who remained at the hurricane's center, and reported it live on the ground. Bravo to Shep for great courage and great reporting.

I have no idea what other reporters may or may not be there because I only watch FNC, but all this carping about Shep is really annoying. I think he's shown great heart by getting personally involved with the refugees instead of standing around sipping cold water while reporting "objectively". You'd have to be made of stone to witness what he has and not react. I also believe that his outrage is what got the powers that be moving.
