What kind of anger against our past wrongs must've been harbored by these fine citizens? I suggest a council led by the U.N. to address the inequities. Then I think we should open the checkbooks and write the wrongs. Then these fine citizens should be given places of authority throughout America. Maybe we re-write the Constitution to make them Super-Citizens with more rights then the rest of us.

I think, unofficially anyway, this must have already happened, unbeknownst to the rest of us. If I had done something like that I'd probably be in jail under 10 feet of water-----but I'm not a potential Democratic voter!
