I hear the word move connected with the word on and one grotesque vision comes to mind.

(VIOLATED – Terri has not received speech therapy which could enable her to communicate more effective and to manage table food. She has not received help in learning any other protocol (such as blinking) to assist her in communicating more effectively.)
(h) To receive prudent financial management for his or her property and to be informed how his or her property is being managed, if he or she has lost the right to manage property.
(VIOLATED – Terri’s medical management fund has been all but depleted on legal fees in the pursuit of her death. More than half a million dollars has been paid to one attorney in particular. There is no evidence that Terri would have managed her funds in this way nor given any consent to such.)
(i) To receive necessary services and rehabilitation.
(VIOLATED – Terri Schiavo has not received proper physical, occupational, speech or range of motion therapy. She has been denied treatment for simple infections and she has been denied hospitalization necessitated by serious illness.)
(j) To be free from discrimination because of his or her incapacity.
(VIOLATED – Terri Schiavo has been denied due process in both the guardianship and federal courts.)
(k) To have access to the courts.
(VIOLATED – See above.)
(l) To counsel.

After avoiding the public eye for months prior to and following the court-ordered dehydration death of his brain-injured wife Terri, Michael Schiavo is taking center stage at a medical-ethics conference today in Minneapolis honoring neurologist and bioethicist Dr. Ronald Cranford.
Meanwhile, right-to-life demonstrators will offer their own form of tribute in a protest outside the gathering.

The national conference will celebrate the landmark right-to-die cases in which Cranford served as an expert witness in favor of death over the past 30 years, including that of Terri Schiavo.
The prominent right-to-die activist estimates he's testified 100 times in favor of removing feeding tubes from patients. The Minneapolis Star Tribune reports the conference is subtitled: "Ron Cranford's stories of heroes and courage."
There was something so heinous, so evil, so callous and mocking about that....
And FV-I am NOT surprised that the precious, beloved John Paul II had Terri Schindler's name upon his heart and lips within two days of his own death.
There is something just absolutely vile that transpired as our nation say by and publically executed a brain damaged woman when the truth about her wishes was not known...I know this event was cataclysmic. I just know it. And I do not believe I have ever said anything quite like this on FR...but FV, I just know this is true.
And I know that this is not over.
We know that this is the scandal of the century. Doubters will post that there have been more since Terri's murder. We are fully aware that people are being starved & dehydrated all over the United States.
But the ones WHO DID NOT CHOOSE (and wisely did not choose), why are THEY BEING ROBBED AND MURDERED BY JUDGES, ATTORNEYS, STATESMEN, LAW ENFORCEMENT AND BY BAD HOSPICES?

Obviously you could not counter my long post, so gave a flip answer.
Many witnesses HAVE confirmed that Terri wanted to live. Terri CRIED when she was told that they wanted to remove her feeding tube. She KNEW what was going on.
Also:
In their motion, the Schindlers claim their daughter said "AHHHHH" and "WAAAAAAA" when asked to repeat the phrase "I want to live."
The appeal is seen as a long shot because Greer was the judge who ordered Schiavo's feeding tube removed. Doctors have said Schiavo's previous utterances were involuntary moans consistent with someone in a vegetative state.
