I agree that the lack of organization and communication speaks volumes about lack of leadership at the state and local level. Unfortunately, many will blame Bush.
Not if we hammer it home that this is the result of liberal social engineering. The cradle to grave entitlement mentality is bearing it's ugly fruit. This is our duty so that we can actually make some changes.
