Gee, I'm glad YOUR city is so pure. Nevertheless, whether you realize it or not, the element is there, waiting for "opportunity" to knock. You may have fewer of them, but they're there. Take off your rose colored glasses.
I agree every inner city in this country would act in just this way-- unfortunately for New Orleans, the local government and police has been corrupted to a larger degree than most other inner cities-- thus, the inmates run the asylum. I'm sure Detroit, DC and Atlanta are very similar. The incompetent, corrupt Rats in control have to pander to their criminal, F Tha Police constituency and the result is bloody and lawless.
