That's EXACTLY what is being said. Some on here want to see blood just because the police and military have weapons that can be used. It's a shame.
When you start okaying one kind of looting, you okay it all. They should have cracked down on the first looters, no matter what they were looting. Stealing is stealing, or do you not understand the meaning of "theft"?
