Ahh what has this to do with Shep asking those in charge where they should go? If the answer was obvious why didn't those in charge say so?
Exactly who did he ask? And where were they? And do you know what, I don't really care. If Shep is too stupid to figure out the answer to that question himself, than he is probably too stupid to understand the answer if he heard it. As I type this, Foxnews is showing a Salvation Army rescue center right next to I-10 where people are receiving water, food, medical attention, and being put on buses to shelters. Maybe Shep ought to watch his own newschannel if he's too stupid to figure out where people should go.
