It pretends that their was NEVER a hurricane, NO flooding, and implied or outright lie that the Feds don't care.

Logistics, laws, ect, they don't care to explain.

Exactly. First they report rumor as fact, and worse, the facts they get right they refuse to provide any of the connecting links. Or legal/constitutional mandates.
