I believe she is talking about the Superdome situation before they came over...apparently her brother was briefed about what went on.

I can't imagine the same stuff going on at the astrodome.

Her e-mail was written campus-wide and written vaguely enough, I am not quite sure WHICH dome she was referring to that the rapes and murders occurred in. I believe she meant the Super Dome in NO. It is just that her brother is now trying to keep control at the Astrodome.

I was kinda hoping the situation at the Atrodome would be completely different. Air light, food water and life skills classes to keep away boredom during the coming months.
